About Merge Lines
The Merge Lines tool combines multiple lines of text into a single line separated by your choice of delimiter such as comma, pipe, space, tab, or semicolon.
Example
Input:
apple
banana
mango
Output (comma): apple, banana, mango
How to use it
- Step 1: Paste a list with each item on a new line.
- Step 2: Choose your separator (e.g., comma).
- Step 3: Click “Merge Lines” and copy the result.

This tool is useful for data entry specialists, content editors, product uploaders, lead generators, and marketing VAs who need to reformat multiple-line data quickly.
